I pulled into the campground here in Marietta, GA just to dump my tanks after dry camping one weekend. The manager took the dump fee and asked if I had been there before. I said, "Yes". He said, "OK, then you know you're supposed to use a hose, right?" A previous customer had opened the valve and splashed the tank contents in the direction of the dump station.
