Have more dump stations that are inclined down 4-5 degrees from the curb side down to the drivers side? seems like you get a faster and more complete "Evacuation" with this setup. In all my years I've only seen one configured like this at Highlands Hammock SP near Sarasota. I've seen coaches with levelers jack up the curb side to dump but that's not possible for us TT and 5th Wheel Peeps.It just makes sense to me.I know, 1st world problems.

Probably for the same reason that we have other what ifs. They are not designed and built by those that actually use them.

Those are where my Power jacks help out with a tilt.

Pull the levers, dump the sh**, move on. Don't need an angled road.5 minutes max and gone. Solving a problem that does not exist.

My black tank drain pipe connection is on the passengers side of the tank, the drain pipe then drops down under the tank and crosses back to the drivers side where the gray T's into it. If my trailer isnt level side to side, or at least a little low on passengers it wont empty fully. Realitly is with the built in sprinkler cleaner its not a issue though as I fill it with fresh twice and it runs clear.

The ones the bug me are the ones where the sewer connection is uphill from even a raised RV. Last one like this was Colter Bay SP in the Tetons.

Biscuit you got it right. You do not want to direct ground water/rain towards the sewer connection.
It causes the sanitary sewer to overflow with rain water!

It just makes sense to me.

I know, 1st world problems.

The problem with this is not ALL RV's holding tanks have the drain on the drivers side, the drain on my tanks is in the middle so for a complete drain for me would be to be level from front to rear.

"Why not" just pull up to the dump station 4 feet short of where you need to stop, put your leveling board, blocks or what ever in front of the which ever trailer tire that will raise the side you need elevated and then pull forward onto them to dump your tank. Don't forget to retrieve your leveling items before driving off.

or raise the hydraulic jacks on the side away from the drain.

Comes from planners and engineers that have no idea how or what a dump station is for.

If someone was ahead of me in line and they took the time to do all of this I would be upset.

I just wish more of them were at least level. Some of the ones I dump at have a raised ridge around the outside of them that is higher then the dump port on my TT. Then, since they have gravel around that and everybody stops in the same place soon there is a hole next to the dump station that causes them to be even lower yet.

If this were true there would be no basin dump stations. Most I have been to were basin type stations.

True, the whole road system should be built with a cross slope. Anyone putting in pavement should know this but it's easier just to slap it in place, collect your paycheck and leave.

If you want a good set up install a macerator pump out. It's real cool and much more sanitary.

I'd probably say my favorite setup is a macerator pump. Uphill, downhill, the inlet higher than your vehicle's roof? Who cares.
