A lot of those parks in the coastal areas are used as seasonals for the summertime and the rv's are left there with the owners coming on occasional weekends and vacations. The park we stayed at last winter had that for summer and many of those people lived 3 or more hours drive away. Some also live in Houston where they knew it would flood and in communities where they are not allowed to park the rv. Where would they take it with a Hurricane coming?
