Why you don’t double tow with travel trailer

All I can say is WOW!!! Illegal, dangerous and not too smart. I sure hope he was pulled over and nobody was hurt by the ignorance of that person. It was even moving the truck so not sure how the driver didn't know there was a problem let alone looking in the mirror.
