The management claimed that the cable had been in place for 10 years and never ran into before. (Maybe something caused it to start sagging.) They put a new cable up about 5 days later and it was installed much higher.
I think the cable ran from their router/modem in the office to one or more antennas mounted in the trees throughout the campground.
