There are several unlimited hotspot data plans available from the various carriers, with T-Mobile and Sprint being the current low price leaders I believe. T-Mobile and Sprint also have the worst coverage though, so make sure whoever you choose will work in the areas where you travel. We use AT&T and Verizon unlimited plans to maximize our coverage options.
