I'll bet there are a number of things that will work. Dishwashing liquid. Laundry detergent. Commercial cleaners that restaurants use on their kitchen floors to break up grease. All of them will need water & agitation (a drive).
After that be sure to dump a few gallons of water into the tank after every dumping.
