Congratulations on the Trailer Windsurfer! It sounds like you should have plenty of space. Any ideas about first destinations or departure dates? About the computer thing, we decided to get another laptop last spring to keep the peace. We got my wife a netbook which she loves because it's small enough to use while we drive--it even has built in gps so she can help with directions as we go.
Rice, glad to hear you made it to McConaughy. The swell and chop there is pretty rough. Nice pic--how were the temps, was it cold out there?
We just got to Ocracoke last night. Big tropical storm last week delayed us--ferries were shut down, Croatan National Park closed etc. It seemed like North Carolina was going to sink--so we retreated back to SC until the all clear. Thinking of taking a trip up to Hatteras today in the pickup. Check out the parks you mentioned Rice, and do some equipment shopping. I'm down to only 1 really decent sail. Will post more with pics in a couple weeks.
