Yup, the reach is short but the wind is blowing and the water is wet.
We wanted to stay a few weeks up in the Gorge but my father called and is not doing well, so we packed it up and drove to the central valley. It was hotter than H_LL over there. As soon as he was feeling better we blasted over to the coast. Have been riding the local trails, mostly single track. The only problem is Poison Oak. I get it all the time, but JoDee does not. Anyhow, we have been doing morning trails and afternoon sailing. Life is good.
We plan on wintering on the Texas coast somewhere. We are still a little new at this so we are learning as we go.
