We got a free PA subscription with the trailer. So far it has paid for itself many times over and we do not really focus on using the PA camp sites. Be aware that every time we have used the PA discount, they want it paid in cash.
For the Sands, we are paying $22 per night for 50 amp (living large) and it would be $20 per night for 30 amp. But with the PA discount you must also pay for your power @ 15 cents per kw. We have figured we are averaging about $3 per day for power (occasional AC usage), so that's ~ $25 per day.
I'd give them a call about the dogs, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the place is pretty casual.
