Thanks for the replies, y'all! We made the trip without incident. The winds probably averaged about 25. Most of the trip the wind was to our back or at our rear left quarter. Sometimes I would feel a bit of the buffeting, but it was never a white knuckle ride. Of course, since we are travelling eastward, we kept the front with us and had a windy noisy night! Woke up to 34 degrees outside and our fur-baby has to be accompanied when she goes out to potty! Brrrrr!!!
