Winter storage of canned goods TT
Just finished doing the annual water system winterization. We are wondering if we can leave canned goods in the TT. It never gets below 0 F. here in east Tn. and then just over night for a few hours....

Trust me, it gets plenty cold in Dandridge to freeze ANY canned goods. Typical temps in January-Feb are mid-40s and lower 20s.
I agree, all foods should be removed, to prevent freezing and reduce the chances of mouse infestation.
