I've used Wampum Underground since 2003. In 2010 I decided to upgrade to the climate controlled storage area that has all asphalt paved floors with spray-sealed cave walls and ceilings.
My concern has always been to protect the roof from extensive expansion & contraction that takes place with being outside in the winter elements. I've not had a roof problem, and I don't worry about sealing my roof.
The first rig was a new Class A gasser with a rubber roof, my current DP has a Britek vinyl roof that was used when I got it in 2010.
I have not experienced any issues with excess humidity, been lucky that it's never been raining when we pulled in.
Hibernation season is usually the first week in November thru the first week in April. Never seen any signs of rodents.
Access is free to visit your rig every Friday, no appointment needed. Any other time there is $20 fee and need an appointment.
