Drain your lines by before mid December. December, January and even February can be very cold in Phoenix.
During the 2010 winter our RV kitchen faucet froze solid and broke. We live at 46th Street and Thomas which is close to downtown Phoenix and is warmer than the outlaying areas. Last winter we even had snow.
