This was not my first time winterizing the camper. Rather it was the first time I used the pump kit. Previous years I put the antifreeze into the fresh water tank. Not complicated but it sure uses much more antifreeze than the 2 or so gallons I used this time!
so you previously got antifreeze thru OK from the FW Tank but couldn't from the bottle/kit? and you did everything else the same? you did put the "T" valve before pump? doesn't compute??????

Actually it does compute if there is an air leak. These pumps can run for days (yes I did it, oops) with no water but they don't like air leaks.
