Should the gas(fuel) tank and propane tank be filled prior to putting the camper in storage for the winter? Thank you: ed

I fill the gas tank and add Stabil and run the generator. I run the generator each month until its up to temperature. The propane is turned off. We have a wood stove that keeps us warm if/when the power goes off.
