Are they open??? with the shut down in govt. Plan to head up to the Land of 10,000 lakes and might need a rest.:B

Wisconsin rest stops are operated by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, not the federal government. Some wayside rests along two-lane state highways are already closed for the season.
