Wisconsin rest stops
Are they open??? with the shut down in govt. Plan to head up to the Land of 10,000 lakes and might need a rest.:B

Even if they are Federal areas, WI did not close down any parks, etc. requested by DC. Our great Governor Walker did not let that happen and is keeping all areas open.
