I think $3500 is a lot to spend for heating a tent. When I was out on the Navajo reservation many years ago all of the Hogans had a 40 gal drum or similar wood stove with a hole in the roof for smoke to escape. They were all very warm. Also why would you need compressed wood to burn if you are camping in the woods.
