Most pet stores sell paper or biodegradable plastic poop bags.
I've yet to see someone using the paper ones, but I've seen the bio plastic ones.
However, most of us have a near endless supply of plastic bags from grocery stores and Walmart - and that is what I see most people use.
It's up to the pet owner as to how 'environment friendly' they want to be, and how much extra they want to spend for those bags.
