AZ, although it can be expensive if you don't know how to bargain hunt and I bet you do, is supposed to be one of the better states for Medicaid services. I am my son's paid caregiver. If this sounds of interest, pm me and I'll try to direct you to the info. I know that FL has something like an 8+ year waiting list for services. There are different waivers, physical, etc. Just thought I would put this out there if you weren't familiar. And, best of luck in finding something that works well for you and yours.
