workamper/volunteer/ other for this winter season

On site workamper / volunteer / other

This offer has been designed for retired couples due to work load. Single people are more than welcome to apply. They should be financially stable. One or two pets are welcome.
The offering local is in Catemaco, Veracruz, Mexico and runs from November 15, 2014 until March 15, 2015
We are offering:
One RV site with 30 amp electric, water, sewer hook up.
100 KwH of electric per month free (solar will not work, too many trees}
Free Wi-Fi internet, although you should consider an external antenna to boost the signal.
Free use of the laundry facilities for normal, everyday type laundry.

Duties can run up to 2 hours per day/ per person. 5 days a week.
Flex time would be a better description. There is no need for anyone to stand around for an hour when all is well, go home and relax. When it is crunch time, the goal for everyone is to complete what is necessary.
Duties will include:
Skimming the leaves and flowers off the pool, sometimes 2X a day
Vacuuming the pool 2X a week on average
Keeping the bathroom and laundry area clean and tidy
Keeping the pool deck and banquette area swept of leaves
Keeping the tables and chairs around the pool and banquette area clean
Helping with new arrivals on a as need basis
Offering people advice on where to shop, buy parts, restaurants, trips to the beaches, mountains and jungle areas. AKA, promoting tourism. The knowledge you will need will be passed on to you as quickly as possible.

Those interested should forward me a short history of them self, their history of RVing in Mexico, if any, and history of workamping, if any.
Experience on Rving in Mexico or workamping will have little influence on the final decision. One of the main ideas in this offer is to open doors to people who would love to learn more about Mexico. First timers should feel free to respond.

Applications are only through PM’s on this site or using my email address shown on my web page or found with a google search. Using a forum or facebook to inquire or apply for this position can cause the rejection of your application.

thank you.
