  • Hope this one goes over better then another one did. The owner of the site even gave up due to lack of interest.
  • Interesting reading on that site. Just an FYI. If you post a negative review about a park and then apply to work for one of my parks, you won't get hired. This will be another site I put on my "to check" list. I have no idea whether or not what is posted is true, so why take chances on just getting another disgruntled worker. The real unfortunate thing will be that I will assume the negative review came from any applicant I get from a bad reviewed park, so you are not only tarnishing the park, but all your fellow workers. It isn't fair, it isn't right, it isn't ethical and on and on, but it is the world we live in. I manage for success and part of that is taking every precaution to hire the right people and not get burned by a bad hire. People who publicly bad-mouth their previous employers are a risk I don't need to take on.
