There are repair kits with compression fittings if you are going between to aluminum tubing but it sounds like you are dealing with rubber hoses. It maybe worth the investment and peace of mind to replace those to insure you have trouble-free and safe operating.
You may end up catching some fluid and you may need to replace some if there is sufficient quantity. You may also want to check with a reputable repair station that works coaches and get an idea as to what you are in for.
