My Jayco is kind of a mixed bag, front face of my trailer started to de-lam on year 2 which was covered under the 2 year warranty. On the positive side service was great doing the repair. Problem free since.My previous Thor TT was junk Mike

I don't put much stock into the list. The bigger the company the more complaints your going to get. We had a 2017 Forest River Wildcat that had some cosmetic issues in the exterior fiberglass and a floor that developed soft spots. Forest River (at least the Wildcat division) replaced our fifth wheel without me even asking. While it sucked having to have repairs, I was blown away that they would do this. They also would compensated me for any mods that couldn't easily be taken off (such as a pressure tank and new bath fan), plus as a bonus the new one came with a second AC unit and 16" tires vs the 15"Forest river builds **** like the rest of them but I cannot complain about their service. When reading about the horror stories of getting repairs done I didn't have high hopes but they proved me wrong. It also helps having good dealer to go to bat for you as well.Dan

Since they didn't separate by percentages sold versus percentage of complaints, it would only seem logical that those that sold the most are going to be cited with the most complaints.

Kind of like saying Ford Chevrolet and Ram had the most problems with heavy duty pickups.

Some people spent a lot of time finding the cheapest whatever they can find and then after they buy it they complain that it's cheaply made. Our last two TH were Forest Rivers, one we had 9 years and one 5 years, no problems with either one after many miles.

The one thing that caught my attention from that list was how many seemed to be complaining about water leaks of one sort or the other.

Didn't see the defunct Western RV/Alpenlite on there. Not that it is trouble free. 2006 until they went bust they used the same frame manufacturer as so many other builders.

That is where the bulk of the issues have been.

I have had to this point 3 forest river products, an 05 and 07 TT both bought new and my 2012 MH I bought this year.The only issue I had with the 07 was the radio. No other issues.

The bigger the company the more products youse the more complaints your going to get.

what is really good. they said Coachman is better than Forest River. what they didn't say is that coachman is made by Forest River.

Coachmen is a separate division of Forest River Inc., as are Palomino, Dynamax and PrimeTime.
that's like saying Keystone is made by Thor Industries or Grand Design is made by Winnebago.

Both Forest River and Thor/Keystone have so many divisions make the report laughable at best.

The manufacturers do little in the way of quality control, which makes it tough to rank these things. Getting a decent build is a matter of chance.

I think the ultimate thing towards RV happiness or unhappiness, is the dealer and how they handle the inevitable warranty fixes from any manufacturer
