Would a sky-rise campground make sense?
Back in the early 60s some developers considered the idea of Building mobile home parks in high rises. I wonder if the idea would work for a campground:

In Knoxville, TN, we have a 3 level parking garage built on a hill side. Each level has entry from a street. The top level is used for RV parking during special events and UT football games. Some sites have fhu's.
