Would a sky-rise campground make sense?
Back in the early 60s some developers considered the idea of Building mobile home parks in high rises. I wonder if the idea would work for a campground:

I have been to a few of these type campgrounds, but they were not high rises, just crappy mountain campgrounds, that could care less.
