Water damage due to leaking roof is the Worst thing that can happen to an RV. Don't buy it!!! He is asking full NADA value, but at least was honest enough to admit water damage. Pass.
Hi-Lo's are unique; if you have a small tow vehicle the low profile offers advantages. I found the lift seal to be inconsistent, leading to cold air/dust intrusion. Being out-of-business although still serviceable; a significant discount is appropriate.
Hi-Lo's are well built, too-bad former owner allowed the all aluminum roof to leak by failing to seal a couple of seams.
