I'd sell it. With, as others have said, as is, where is, no warranty expressed or implied.
You passed on your concerns, they are adults. Fully capable of making their own decisions. You have no responsibility otherwise.
There are any number of analogies.. I like the gun analogy, but what if you were selling a 1/2 ton pickup and someone wanted to buy it and use it to tow a big 5ver (opposite situation). Do you feel responsible for selling them your half ton, knowing they will tow an overweight trailer?
Me, I would suggest they reevaluate the weight concerns. If they say I'm good, then here's the keys, have a nice trip.
