Some of you are ridiculous, the OP is not their nanny. They are adults and they were reasonably warned that they would be towing at or over the limit. The seller has no other legal, moral or ethical obligation. We live in a free society where everyone has a God given right to the pursuit of happiness even if it kills them! Gee whiz it's like living in the freakin twilight zone now.
