Tough question. I can see both sides. Their being dumb isn't your responsibility in a way or is it where know danger is involved? Would I sell a 35 ft. 5th wheel to someone with a half-ton truck. Probably, with strong advice to get a bigger truck. My son won't sell his 35 ft. motor home with questionable brakes until he has it inspected and I agree. But if these people came to you with no information about the tow vehicle, you wouldn't know any better and would sell? If you do sell, I would have them sign a statement that they were informed of the concerns.
