Would selling this trailer be irresponsible?

OK, folks, I just had a talk with these potential buyers and sent them a link to a thread about towing with Honda Elements that had some pros and cons. I told them about some experiences I've had with towing while way under the limit, still scary.

They were very appreciative and are going to buy a friend's Toyota Forerunner that's for sale which would easily pull this. End of problem and I think this is a win-win solution.
