This is my take: If there is a legal situation that you are worried about, get a consultation. It might cost $100 or so, but you then know what to do as per the laws of your state and municipal areas, as well as what to put into your contracts. I trust rv.net to show me some procedural ways not to dump DEF into a diesel tank, but legal advice is something completely different.
