Yup, drank water from the creek, and even from a garden hose. Got my butt shot with rocksalt (whole different story there)... Tried to hide it, but that's kinda hard when your sitting in a bath tub trying to let it melt and mom is wondering what the heck is going on. No normal teenager took a bath without being forced to.
Mom was mad, Dad laughed at me, and said it served me right.
Ah, the good ole days...

Walaby, we told you not to, but you wouldn't listen. :)
And in spite of all that, our survival rate was pretty good, though one cousin died young from a heart attack, probably from smoking, and another died in an ultralight accident.
