I've chimed in once but why not extend it?
I've sold a lot of used things, and probably at some point of unsafety or marginal buyer, I'd refuse to sell. But I sure don't see that here. A 15' 1500 lb nominal very low profile/ low center gravity trailer pulled by a 3500+ lb Honda Element. There is just no fundamental reason this rig would be unsafe as long as equipped with brakes, loaded with proper tongue weight, and operated with reasonable care and respect for the physics involved. Whether the rig, any rig, is operated safely after the sale is completely out of my hands.
