I would never sell something to people who do not realize the danger of towing it with a vehicle that is too light.
My heart would not let me. I have to live with myself.
I am shocked by the people who said they would.
I'd sell it and it is my sincere belief the rig is safe. The tow vehicle greatly outweighs the trailer, and the center of gravity for both is low. I've driven these rigs and know what it is like. It almost certainly handles better than my 24' Lazy Daze front lounge, and your 2008 dodge 5500, diesel,Laramie 2008 Carriage Carri-Lite, 36SBQ, 4 slides,dishwasher,washer/dryer,2 fireplaces,6500 gen. Look at the centers of gravity involved, look at the relative weight of your tow vehicle and trailer, look at the wind sail area, look at tire contact patches relative to weight especially steering tires.
