We tent camped, bought a pop-up and used it a couple of years, then to the travel trailer. My wife developed some health issues, problems getting in and out of the trailer so we eventually sold it. I continued to camp once in a while without her and bought a tent and a GOOD air mattress, a Coleman stove, lantern and a few other leftovers from out tent days fit well in the back of the truck. I don't go in the middle of the summer or dead cold of the winter, but tent fits in well with my needs.
