Would You "Downgrade" To A Tent?

So my next project is to take a 6x12 cargo trailer and fix it up as a minimal camper. Thus I'm off the ground, have a decent mattress, packing up is quick, cost is low and it'll be easy to sell down the line if necessary. I might even toss in a motorcycle for roaming once I reach my camping spot.
