Typically I drive 5 under the limit on dry road with good visibility, you want to go faster, go around me. less than ideal conditions, even slower.
In my opinion, you are part of the problem, you drive 5 under and the rest of us have to try and go around you.

I agree. Came across a few doing 60-63 in a 70. If you have to drive that slow then you are not ready to be towing or your setup is so poor that is the only option!
