I own and drive a diesel dually towing a 19,000lb trailer. I need no special licencing or training to do this. At work I drive motorhomes, all of them from Class B's to 45' diesel pushers, and I need a CDL with an airbrake endorsement. I could easily buy the DP and need no special training or licensing in Arizona. Can someone tell me why I need a CDL and someone with money to buy one does not?
