When I looked up the same model online I found many pictures that show different chairs that better match the other furniture in the unit. I assume they needed the chairs from our unit for some reason, and switched them out. What I am wondering is do I have a leg to stand on to get the right chairs? We did agree to buy the unit with the chairs that are in it. We have spent 6 months looking for the right camper and really don't want to just not take it. Would love to hear ideas about what we can do.
If it is a used coach, the previous owner probably switched them. Most factory recliners are pretty uncomfortable.
If you agreed to purchase the unit with the chairs that are in there, all you can do is ask, and it appears you already did.
If the coach is new, that's a different story altogether. Do as OB suggested and print out the online color pattern, which is available on the Manufacturers website. Then you would have a leg to stand on.
