People swap recliners all the time. The backs pull off and make it easy to remove the recliner. I've never heard of anyone removing a slide to swap recliners. If the trailer has a 30" door you can lay the recliner on edge and pivot out the door. Worst case scenario is you make have to remove the base.
X2 !! I swapped mine and had no trouble getting them out by laying them on their sides. Typically the furniture you get in a new RV is such cheap junk they won't last more than a year or two. I wouldn't worry about them too much as you will find you'll be replacing them sometime anyway..
