Caddy XT4 manual says NO to 4-down towing, OK with a dolly, though.

And does it have a spare tire?

Recently found out a lot of new cars don't have spares at all.

Thanks all, I expected that was true however i had heard that the 2019 XT5 was to be flatowable and wondered about the 4
...will continue to research

Just saw where the XT5 is not flatowable in 2019 as well

Obviously consult the Owners Manual that you got with the vehicle, but the PDF file is pretty clear.

Caution
If the vehicle is towed with all four wheels on the ground, the drivetrain components could be damaged. The repairs would not be covered by the vehicle warranty. Do not tow the vehicle with all four wheels on the ground.The vehicle was not designed to be towed with all four wheels on the ground. If the vehicle must be towed, a dolly should be used. See the following information on dolly towing.

Page 211 Dolly Towing from the Front
Tow the vehicle with the two rear wheels on the ground and the front wheels on a dolly.
1. Put the front wheels on the dolly.
2. Shift the transmission to P (Park).
3. Set the parking brake.
4. Secure the vehicle to the dolly.
5. Follow the dolly manufacturer’s instructions for preparing the
vehicle and dolly for towing.
6. Release the parking brake.
7. Turn the vehicle off.
8. Open the hood.
9. Wait two minutes.
10. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal connector from the 12-volt battery.
11. Close and latch the hood.

Dolly Towing from the Rear
The vehicle cannot be dolly towed from the rear.
