Y adapter for fresh water at park water supply post?

I never leave my black/gray tank flusher connected to the site water supply.

I'm afraid of someone wondering by and turning the valve on to this connection. This could cause my coach to be flooded with raw sewage and/or blowing sewage out the roof vent. Also, there is the possibility of the toilet being blown off the floor after the black tank fills from the flusher.
