I normally ignore stupid behavior as much as possible and tend not to confront for stuff like this.
However, I really do like the idea of turning the chair so you're facing the talker and "hanging on every word". It's passive-aggressive, but will very likely annoy the other person a lot without ever leaving your campsite.
