I don't know that much about Yellowstone and the number of applications/resumes that they get but when I was working as a hiring manager...each opening could produce 100's of applications and to contact each with "you did not make the CUT" would have been a crazy act. Even after interviewing maybe 20 by phone or in person, doing that is a waste of company time and money. If we don't call you and offer the job then "you did not make the CUT".
