Park service allows Verizon to build a 100' tall cell tower near Fishing Bridge in Yellowstone. Link Good news, or bad news?

Being opposed to cell service in a NP being equivalent to hanging a sign at the entrance "NO ONE ALLOWED IN" is a stretch. Also, the number of visitors that would/could not go to a NP because of the lack of cell service is somehow at least questionable.
