I seldom use the AC as the advantage of having an RV is being able to move it to where the weather is better.
By buying my Champion 3500/4000 that is rarely needed for air conditioning, I was able to buy the solar, extra battery and inverter that makes it so the generator is never needed. It was much quieter than the Honda 3000 in the next site last fall.
