Just picked up a new Yamaha 2000 inverter today. Could not be happier. $900 deliverd to my door with a quart of oil.
Starts easy. Super quiet. Looks great.
Would have been equally happy with the honda. I liked the yamaha fuel shutoff and metal cam. I ride lots of red motorcycles, but am super happy with the blue generator.
When we need to run the AC, I will pick up another one and a parallel kit easy.
The only slight bummer was that it is made in china. Oh well...
I also did a dual battery add today. So it felt like a happy day for power. Next stop is probably a solar panel or two...
On a side note, I really like this generator. I could easily see adding a couple more to have around ... You know. Just in case.
