We moved from boat ownership (18 foot Trophy walkaround cuddy cabin) to Trailer ownership. I'm shocked at the difference in quality control between boats and rv's. Also most boats have "rigging tubes", that can be used to run more wires and ours even had a string running the whole way to use for fishing more wires. Our boat fuse panel had extra slots for adding accessories. For our boat I was able to get an actual build diagram that showed how all the pieces of the hull went together ( in otherwords it showed what's "behind" various panels etc), and a colorcoded wiring schematic for my model that actually matched what was in the boat, both a ladder diagram and one that showed the routing of the wiring bundles. And how the plumbing lines were routed.
